Consent for Electronic Signatures, Records, and Disclosures (“E-Consent”)
Introduction
You are submitting a request to be connected with one of The Debt Geek’s trusted marketplace partners. To deliver services—such as debt relief options or offers—these partners require your consent to use electronic signatures, disclosures, records, and contract documents (“Disclosures”).
By clicking the link or button you see below, you acknowledge that you have received this E-Consent notice and agree to conduct transactions electronically using signatures, records, disclosures, and contract documents.
Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records
If you prefer physical documents or disclosures, you may request them directly from the marketplace partner providing those materials. They will supply paper copies in accordance with applicable laws and retain records as required.
Scope of Consent
This E-Consent covers all online interactions related to you and marketplace partners, including those via mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. By consenting electronically, you enable partners to process your information and deliver notices and disclosures electronically—either via email or on their websites.
Technical Requirements
To receive and retain Disclosures electronically, you must have access to:
• A PC, Mac, or device with internet access
• An email account
• A browser supporting at least 128-bit encryption
• A PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit, etc.)
• A printer or digital storage (like your device’s drive) to save disclosures for future reference
If you have questions about these technical requirements, reach out directly to the marketplace partner handling your connection.
Withdrawing Consent
Please note: this E-Consent supports the one-time connection request and cannot be withdrawn before that process is completed. If you are later connected with one or more partners, you may withdraw your consent with them at any time and at no charge, but doing so before delivering credit or services may impact your eligibility.
What Happens After Connection
Once matched, The Debt Geek’s role ends. The marketplace partner(s) you choose will provide services directly and manage further communications.Any use of your information by those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability
The Debt Geek does not guarantee or endorse any specific debt relief provider, nor do we assume responsibility for delays, outcomes, or decisions made by our partners. Our role is to facilitate the connection; any services are delivered by third parties.

Please be aware that all calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and training purposes. TheDebtGeek.com is not a debt settlement company and does not provide debt settlement services, loans, or credit. We are an informational resource that connects individuals with trusted third-party debt relief providers who may be able to help. Use of this website is at your own discretion, and The Debt Geek is not responsible for the services or results provided by any third-party company we refer you to.
Results vary and are not guaranteed. Each person’s financial situation is unique. Success in a debt relief program depends on multiple factors, including your ability to set aside sufficient funds. We do not assume your debts, make payments to creditors, or provide legal, tax, bankruptcy, accounting, or credit repair services. Services may not be available in all states. Always consult a licensed tax advisor regarding potential tax implications of debt relief. For bankruptcy guidance, please consult a qualified bankruptcy attorney. We may be able to connect you with professionals in your state, where applicable.
Submitting your information on this site allows us to perform a soft credit inquiry to assess potential relief options. A soft inquiry will not impact your credit score. However, if you proceed with a third-party provider, they may perform a hard inquiry as part of their application process, which may affect your score. Please review all disclosures provided by any provider you choose to work with.
